Prices cover the scope shown. Booking a call does not purchase a package. Deliverables, timing, access, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Additional work and third-party costs require your approval.
A clear next step, without the pressure.
If the problem calls for a different approach, I’ll say so. No guaranteed lead counts or sales promises.
SEE THE WORK, NOT JUST THE OFFER
Here’s what clearer looks like.
A real example from my own portfolio. See what changed, why it changed, and what still needs measuring.
Not necessarily. An audit may identify changes you can make to your existing page. The $195 audit delivers recommendations; implementation is separate.
Will this bring me more customers?
The work improves your offer, inquiry path, or follow-up process. It does not include paid advertising or guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, or sales.
How soon can we start?
Audit start dates are available November 1, 2026 or later, by agreement. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after the agreed start and complete intake. Existing commitments and scope determine the slot; we confirm it in writing before payment.
What do you need from me?
For the audit: one public page URL, the customer you want to reach, your offer, and the action you want visitors to take. No account passwords or customer records are needed.
What about revisions, ownership, and ongoing support?
The audit includes written recommendations, a 30-minute findings walkthrough, and one consolidated clarification request within seven calendar days of delivery. Implementation, new pages, and ongoing support are separate. The website package includes one consolidated revision.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
For the audit: cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work starts, the undelivered portion of the agreed scope is refunded, with completed work documented. Email james@onpaperapp.com. Booking a call does not purchase a service.
