BUILD THE INQUIRY PATH

Lead-focused website

$595USD · one time

For a service business that needs one clear page people can act on.

  • One responsive page, up to six sections
  • Offer and headline copy refinement
  • Booking link or email inquiry path
  • Page title, description, and social preview
  • One consolidated revision and launch handoff

Uses your approved brand assets. Domains, hosting, stores, custom apps, and ongoing maintenance are separate.

CLOSE THE FOLLOW-UP GAP

Follow-up workflow

$795USD · one time

For a business handling inquiries manually and losing track of the next step.

  • One defined inquiry or follow-up workflow
  • Up to two existing business tools
  • Up to three agreed workflow steps
  • Test cases and a human fallback
  • Written handoff and one walkthrough

Tool compatibility is confirmed first. Software fees, SMS, custom APIs, and sensitive-data systems require separate scoping.

Prices cover the scope shown. Booking a call does not purchase a package. Deliverables, timing, access, and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Additional work and third-party costs require your approval.

A clear next step, without the pressure.

If the problem calls for a different approach, I’ll say so. No guaranteed lead counts or sales promises.

TRY THE PROCESS

A follow-up that
doesn’t get forgotten.

A fictional customer asks Cedar Lane Home Services for an estimate. Follow the handoff from inquiry to a person’s review.

INTERACTIVE DEMONSTRATIONNo messages sent · No accounts connected
  1. 01

    Inquiry received

A fictional request: “Could you quote a small patio clean?” The owner has a clear request to review.

  2. 02

    Acknowledgement

Example draft: “Thanks for your request. We’ll review the details before confirming a quote.”

  3. 03

    Follow-up task

A task records what needs checking: service area, job details, and the owner’s actual availability.

  4. 04

    Human review

The owner checks the request, edits the reply, and decides what to send. No automatic price or booking promise.

Real implementations depend on your tools, permissions, consent requirements, and agreed workflow.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

A few straight answers.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. An audit may identify changes you can make to your existing page. The $195 audit delivers recommendations; implementation is separate.

Will this bring me more customers?

The work improves your offer, inquiry path, or follow-up process. It does not include paid advertising or guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, or sales.

How soon can we start?

Audit start dates are available November 1, 2026 or later, by agreement. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after the agreed start and complete intake. Existing commitments and scope determine the slot; we confirm it in writing before payment.

What do you need from me?

For the audit: one public page URL, the customer you want to reach, your offer, and the action you want visitors to take. No account passwords or customer records are needed.

What about revisions, ownership, and ongoing support?

The audit includes written recommendations, a 30-minute findings walkthrough, and one consolidated clarification request within seven calendar days of delivery. Implementation, new pages, and ongoing support are separate. The website package includes one consolidated revision.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

For the audit: cancel before work starts for a full refund. Once work starts, the undelivered portion of the agreed scope is refunded, with completed work documented. Email james@onpaperapp.com. Booking a call does not purchase a service.
